Dunes-Maintaining the Present through a cultivated beginning

I sent my Town supervisor an email, not on education, but on another very important civic function yesterday. I was concerned that my town decided to not only plant Dunes for our barrier beaches erosion prevention on the day of a blizzard (The ground is frozen, and it's horrible time for planting) but to sent out a mass mailing for this horrendous demonstration of organizing and controlling our towns integrity. From reading what's presiding in your school I think that an external (To persuade administration through consultation), or an internal audit would be effective for conserving the integrity of extra curricular activities.
