Metaphorically Detroit needs a King

Prince William being appointed "Shadow King". He has great leadership training from his military training. He was deployed in Afghanistan. Some people are born into leadership, whether is royalty, or not. I was born to lead my disabled cousin, and paralyzed uncle with the fusion of all of our rewarding lively situations.

Virtue, How do we overcome the Anxiety that we produce from this?:

I'll have to disagree with people who are saying that people aren't born with a leadership component. People usually are born with the same tools, same chemistry, and same capabilities, etc. I know there are people that are born with disabilities, my cousin is autistic, I volunteered at a camp for disabled children for summers. Every human being goes through a developmental stage (3 actually). 1 while were' newly born, and developing our reptilian brain. the second is when children mimic adults, and develop their awareness, the third development is 2nd order thinking (Out of the box order thinking), this is developed from 3-5 years at its start to 10-14 at its completion. With all the exterior chaos happening in our surroundings (Raising techniques by parents, peers, trying to play, getting in trouble lying- to see if you could get away with it(every kid tries these things) Most people still have time to lead their body phisiologically to walk upright(action which defies gravity, walking is just an accomplishing action of dynamic efficiency), (If the person isn't able to walk or do other things "society" has deemed the status quo-of healthy) social skills are still developed within a disable person and can make the person capable of connecting virtuously with peers. each person has this (And many other defying past experiences)feats they've accomplished, they improve on their accomplishment with every step of that same operation. Leading a body physiologically is seen as a triumphant accomplishment to those who can't. Stephen Hawkens is an inspiration to people like myself. I believe the Decleration of Independence, where it says "All men are created equal" is universally and bioethically perfect. tAll organisms certainly are given the capabilities for every courageous, moderate and just dynamics. I love plants, they're a great resourece but a tool to look to aspire to and grow with their inspiring organic control mechanisms. Rice has 58,000 codes of genes, and humans only have 24,000 codes. It's more about how rice spends its entire life in both sea and air. It allows the organism to be more tolerable than many other organisms. Then are the mechanisms built inside insects exoskeletons that allow them to survive nuclear detonations. i'll write more on this if anyone is interested. I don't know if anyone is or not.

Blood Pumps through the Arteries & Veins of Non Profit Organization

Our Non profit organization started only 1 and a half years ago. The organization's compiled of educators, grant writers, humanitarians, and specialists in art all over the globe. Our first meeting was in London. I wasn't familiar with anyone in the organization, except the founder who I'd only met personally 2 weeks prior to the London meeting. The founder of our organization sent out recommendations for a hostel to stay in while we were in London. The Hostel was around the corner from the tube where we'd have to convene to make a trip to some town. The eve of the first meeting, she organized a get together, an initial meeting of sorts at a variety show. It was such a fun night, entertainers, comedians called on our group and interacted in front of many people on a stage. This initial meeting still resonates as my grand impressions of these people. Basically as independent as we were from the leader, she made us seem almost nurtured. We met daily from 9:00Am - 5PM discussing all the aspects of our programs, the funding, the advisers, etc. When we met the next day, everything we had worked on previously was seamlessly put together on a white board and we cultivated our programs further with more energy conserved, and focusing on ideal effectiveness. I video taped portions of our meetings and we posted them to our website. Our organization's leadership and culture is projected through the egalitarian cultivation of projects we each volunteer to perform.

(We're all volunteers.)

The organization no longer has a leader. Our leader decided to make it our own organization, it's global. our members are from Australia, England, The Caribbean, Uganda, and throughout the East Coast of the states. So how we experienced our organizations culture, we transfix that to our members we're recruiting. When I come to think about it, the way work is asserted and dealt with in my organization is as if the first meeting has never concluded. We have meetings seasonally. And we bring up goals to reach (We're currently trying to organize a fundraiser) and the people that are working on this are so talented, so capable, and extremely generous (Including myself) that it's a very seamless and organic process for us to cultivate projects, and interoperate, as well as act as leaders:-)

Responding The Beth and Denise.

Beth & Denise, I totally agree with both of you. Forecasting is an integral method of navigating a company through clear cut parameters of what's the conservative path, and what's the more riskier and prospectively innovative path. I'll use this examplehttp://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703573604574491682380998264.html?mod=article-outset-box An electric car company is forecasting that the market is going to be strong for more fuel efficient vehicles, and this company,Fisker, has asserted that information and purchased a government possessed EX-GM Mass production plant to produce about 100,000 vehicles a year in Tennessee. This company, by the way, originated in Europe, with designers and owners of Aston Martin, and other exotic car companies ;-/

Electric Cars Response in a debate.

"I disagree that the Internet can't simply be a medium to sell any old product with an eBay account, etc. Take example a car... wait you'll say that people use car fax, and eBay to buy any old car, and to unsophisticated and unintellectual, a number of cars (One is having trouble deciding on purchasing) is not worth going to see first hand at a showroom. Back to My Example.http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703573604574491682380998264.html?mod=article-outset-box This is a car company that is purely making hybrid vehicles. The company invested money into purchasing an EX-GM Manufacturing plant that use to mass produce Saturn Ions and Pontiac solstices. TO make a long story short the plant was sold to the government once GM went bankrupt and now "FISKER" purchased the plant. These vehicles will be the first of their brand, line, and kind. Will people purchase them straight from a website? Won't they want to speak with a dealer about maintenance check ups, different financing deals, Take it for a TEST DRIVE? The concept of a "test drive" is fallen onto deaf ears when queried via the Internet. How will people even have their Fisker electric hybrid automobile (Which will run $58,000) maintained, without a licensed and official dealer facility? The Internet is for 2 dimensional information, and not the majority of business services and servicing."
'm having a tough time thinking, from my perception, of marketing campaign that was successful online.
Well, I've never purchased anything online from an advertisement link, or from a banner. I don't click on the advertisements on the right table of search engines (Google). Therefore for me All online marketing is wasteful because it's not up to my standards. Everyone reading this blog should be aware that the Internet wasn't ever conceived, conceptualized, let alone designed to be a retail service. The Internet is designed as an information sharing apparatus. This is very symbiotic with the Amazon Kindle (Yes I'll acknowledge that copyrights are the catalyst which provide users to become subscribers of this service.) The Internet is for information sharing, and is vulnerable to a lot of predators, and unethical corruption. The Internet doesn't produce the goods people are buying from so and on over eBay or google shopping, you're simply sharing information. (People might be fooled, by the luster that the Internet created their anti virus software, or office document applications that they downloaded over the Internet medium, but the truth is that technicians and code writers were producing operating systems for complex computers before they ever intended to get mixed up with the Internet.) What should some one do when Internet's luster of sharing information including coupons that are valid for shopping is found to be wasteful in carbon energy? (These Internet users are produced with lots of resources transported all over the world with lots of resources, It is my sophisticated opinion that advertising is not and will NEVER sustain the Internet's displacement of energy. And the newsflash is that the internet is going to be reintroduced in a short amount of time, and the real money businesses should have been investing in is/was INNOVATION in mass producing, efficiency and business ethics; not all this internet online advertisement. I like this web site: http://digg.com/tech_news/Verizon_s_anti_iPhone_gets_its_first_commercial_Droid_Does. It has sophisticated elements which allow the user to personally rate each element of the site in a polling fashion. The pathway that Internet advertisers might benefit on is if they post an advertisement that virtually and appeals to some one's prospective need for a product or good. All advertising presently is random, in my opinion, and I laugh at ALL advertisements ..ads from the auto industry, the pharmaceutical company, the cosmetic industry.... none of this improves my life.. I want a feng shui approach with the Internet and then the arrogance of these marketing industries will finally put these corps in their places.
